Two air-conditioned bedrooms with 55” smart TV and en suite bathrooms are on the ground floor. Every bathroom has an outdoor shower and a large tub for a relaxing soak, supplied by a solar water heater. High quality mattresses and 500 thread count sheets ensure a good night rest.
The great room is upstairs to maximize the view and air circulation. The living area is equipped with a 65” smart TV. 100 Mbps internet connection and WiFi facilitate remote work. Wall-to-wall sliding doors on both ends of the seamless living space create an indoor/outdoor feel.
The exposed ceiling reveals the traditional timber roof structure. The full kitchen holds high quality appliances including a large refrigerator and a hot/cold water dispenser. An additional powder room is upstairs. Spacious patios overlook rice fields.
Reclaimed wood is used throughout, combined with the highest quality hardware and fittings. Unpainted walls, natural stones and numerous hand-made pieces imbue the villas with a sense of being “perfectly imperfect.”
